The long wait for over 3 lakh students is finally coming to an end. The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) is set to officially declare the Higher Secondary (HS) Final Year Results tomorrow, April 28, 2026.
The announcement follows weeks of intense speculation, which was put to rest by official confirmations from Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma and Education Minister Ranoj Pegu via social media.
To ensure a smooth flow of information, the board has scheduled two key events for tomorrow morning:
- 07:30 AM: Official Press Conference and release of the formal results statement.
- 10:30 AM: Results link goes live for students to check their individual scores.
Where to Check Your Marks
Students across the Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams who appeared for the exams in February and March can access their marksheets through multiple platforms:
- Official Portals: Visit resultsassam.nic.in or ahsec.assam.gov.in.
- Partner Sites: Marksheets will also be available for download on [suspicious link removed] using your roll number.
- Digital & Offline Options: Students can also use the DigiLocker app or check their results via SMS services.
Education Minister Ranoj Pegu shared the official update on ‘X,’ ending the period of uncertainty regarding the dates. In his announcement, he extended his best wishes to the massive cohort of students awaiting their outcomes.
Candidates are advised to have their roll numbers ready before 10:30 AM to ensure a quick and hassle-free experience once the servers go live. This year’s results mark a major milestone for the ASSEB as it concludes its evaluation cycle for over 300,000 candidates statewide.
